전시개요

조각이 발생하던 최초의 사건 때 양안들은 그를 둘러싸고 있었다. 그리고 조각이 이렇게 발생했더라 눈으로 말해진 목격의 진술들이 조각에 투영되어 그만의 타임라인을 구축했다. 그렇게 흘러 다시 현재에 이르러, 조각의 몸이 정박해 있는 물(物)과 형(形)의 한 때가 흰 공간에 모인 여러 쌍의 양안들에 의해 목격된다.

서로 다른 세계에서 온 조각들은 이곳에 모여 각자의 자신만의 한 때를 지나고 있다. 그런 조각의 겉을 눈의 촉각으로 감돌다 아주 잠깐 멈칫 한 검은자의 프레임. 유영하는 검은 눈동자의 움직임은 흰자위라는 바탕으로 인해 명백해지는 효과를 얻는다. 표백된 바탕, 무엇이든 이야기될 수 있는 영토로서의 흰자위. 흰 면이 마련되자 둥근 검은 것이 곧 부상한다.

The binoculars surrounded him at the initial event of the fragment's creation, and the eyewitness accounts of how it happened were projected onto the fragment, creating its own timeline. And so it comes to the present, where the fragment's body is anchored, and a time of water and form is witnessed by several pairs of binoculars gathered in a white space.

Sculptures from different worlds are gathered here, each passing through their own time. The frame of a black figure that pauses for a moment as the eye touches the outer surface of such a sculpture. The movement of the black pupil is made explicit by the whiteness of the background. The whites as a bleached ground, a territory where anything can be said. With the white surface in place, the rounded blackness soon emerges.
